Typical Traits of a Successful Entrepreneur
Everyone wants to be an entrepreneur these days but do all the people who are bumbling with their own ideas to rule the world have what it takes to be one?
One has to have a very specific set of skills to be a successful entrepreneur. Having an idea which can revolutionise things is great but they have to be powered by some other top notch qualities.
Here are the typical traits of a successful entrepreneur
Open to communication
You cannot be a successful entrepreneur unless you are communicative and open about stuff. You may be a nerd with a powerful idea but in the end you will have to communicate the idea to a whole lot of people like potential investors if you want to be successful.

Inventive
Creativity and innovation are the most basic traits in an entrepreneur. All successful entrepreneurs have an idea which is empowered by innovation. The core idea here is to develop anything real or virtual which creates an impact and has the potential to foster some or the other kind of change.
Curious
The power to question the existing order of things is called curiosity. There can be no creativity and innovation without curiosity. Bill Gates created Windows to make the use of computers simplified and easy, Edison invented the bulb because he wondered if there could be light produced at night, Flight was invented as man was curious about flying. Every trademark change or invention in history has been backed by the curiosity of finding more efficient solutions to the existing order of things.
Risk Taker
If you are risk-averse person then it will be difficult for you to find success as an entrepreneur. Successful ones love risk taking and consider it as essential adventures required in order to succeed. They go by the rules that “The Greater the risk the higher the return”. Sir Richard Branson (Founder of the Virgin Group) took numerous unsuccessful risks before having his first business success. If you are risk-averse then you run at the first sign of failure which is definitely not an entrepreneurial trait!
Likes new things and challenges
An entrepreneur likes change. He likes to refurbish the existing order things with new and better ones. He likes to expand and test whether his ideas and innovation will succeed in alien environments. He likes to be experimental.
Strives amid Chaos
The one fact which can tell you whether you can be a successful entrepreneur is analysing yourself in chaotic situations. If you are calm and composed while working your way out, your chances are good but if you take it to frenzy and do all sorts of panicky and finicky stuff then you should probably stick to your job!
An entrepreneur courts chaos. He takes it upon him to fix it and calm the air down. Whatever may be his core skill, an entrepreneur is an excellent manager of every situation, bad or worse!
