1. When did you start freelancing and what inspired you?

I started freelancing professionally right after college. Having to know my & my team’s work is creating a positive impact on my client’s business, which inspires me the most. I am thankful to Truelancer for helping me to create this impact.

2. How long have you been a freelancer?

For the last 4 years, I have been working as a freelance full-stack developer. During this period, I learned great things and gained experience from work and mistakes.

3. What do you like the most about your skills as a full-stack developer?

Independence. I don’t need to be dependent on any other developers to accomplish the project. I have the advantage of understanding the base to top infrastructure of any project. It also helps to save lots of money and time for my clients which I like the most.

4. Why did you choose full-stack development as a career?

I started as a backend developer, as our industry is very demanding and as we had started from a small team. we had no option but to upgrade our skills and give the best service possible.

5. What are the most important skills required as a freelance full-stack developer?

Patience. Freelance in general is an experience of highs and lows so having patience is the most important skill.

 6. What are the challenges you have come across in your freelancing career?

Challenges might differ in every stage of a career. Currently, our challenge is to build the right trustworthy team and scale our work out for millions.

7. What according to you does it take to be a successful freelance full-stack developer?

Successful having a subjective definition. But Understanding human motivation brings success in building relations. whereas Deeper technological understanding brings success in tech.

8. What suggestions do you want to give to budding full-stack development freelancers?

According to me, there are no shortcuts/hacks. Learning from experience and the Go-getters mentality helps. 

9. How did you get to know about freelancing and what is your experience using Truelancer?
