5.     If You are not Satisfied, You can Request a Refund

What if a freelancer cheated you with works of insufficient quality? You think your money is gone. If you work with Truelancer, you will not think so because you will get a full refund on the basis of  solid reason.

There are some specific circumstances when we can request a refund. They are “no response, non- delivery, poor quality and dispute”.

If the worker never responds even a day after accepting the proposal, you can request a refund from the safe deposit account. If he/ she fails to deliver in time or the work is of poor quality (can’t meet buyer’s terms within two revisions), you can do the same.

If the seller/ freelancer lost a dispute, the refund can be requested. But beware of that this is not a legitimate way and you may face legal actions for reversing the payment by this way.

Also, bear in mind that the only money in the safe deposit account is subjected to refund. If you already paid anyone by releasing the money from the safe deposit, it is not possible.

The seller is responsible to accept or reject the refund request. The rejected requests are further processed by Truelancer itself. If the seller fails to take any action, the fund will be returned to buyer wallet after 3 days.
