Workflow between Freelancer & Client. Workstream Step by Step Guide
What is Truelancer?
Truelancer is a Global Community of Trusted & Talented Freelancers. It’s a Curated Marketplace of Freelance Services. Freelancers can SELL Services and Find Projects to work on based on their skills & expertise. Clients/Employers can BUY Freelance Services and Post Projects to Hire Freelancers for their Work.
What is Workstream ?
Workstream is a single place of communication between the Freelancer and Client regarding any particular Project or Service. All Communications, Proposal etc can be found here.
Step by Step Flow of Workstream
Step -1
The client can see the proposal sent by Freelancer in the workstream, he/she will see the details about the proposal, Price he has quoted and the Deposit Amount required by the Freelancer. Details about freelancer can be seen on the right side (complete profile can be seen by clicking the name) .
Step-2
Once the Client has received a proposal and he wish to discuss something before awarding the Project he can use the message box below to send the message and communicate with the freelancer. (We highly recommend to keep all communication in workstream so that Truelancer can help in case of any conflict.)
Step-3
Once the Client has seen the proposal and discuss anything if required with the Freelancer. He can award the Project by Approving the proposal. While approving Client needs to make the Deposit requested by the Freelancer (This will be held with Truelancer in Safe Deposit) to start the work.
Step-4
Once the Freelancer completes the Work, he sends an Official Work Completion Request from the Bottom Left side in the Workstream #MarkComplete. Client then needs to confirm that he has received everything from the freelancer and Freelancer has completed the work satisfactorily. Once he has verified, Client needs to Approve the Work Completion Request and leave a Feedback for the Freelancer.
Step-5
After Approving the Work Completion Request, Client is required to give Feedback to the Freelancer about the work. A Good Feedback helps freelancer boost his ranking and Win more work in Future.
Step-6
Once the Client has Approved the Work Completion Request and given Feedback, Freelancer is required to give Feedback to the Client.
Step-7
Once the Feedback is given by both Client & Freelancer, payment is Released by website moderators to the Freelancer’s Truelancer Wallet.
Step-8
Once you have the funds in your Truelancer wallet, you can Create a Withdrawal request to transfer these funds to your Bank/Paypal/Payoneer account.
