Sort the routine exhaustively based on various options like meals, breaks, workouts and work time and stick to this routine consistently. The best way is to write it down and place it at a place where you can see it every morning.

Think of it as not freelance for a moment. Think as if you are running your own enterprise. This is because you are doing the same thing on a smaller level. The only employee is you. Planning and organizing are the real keys to a fun-filled life. The immediate effect is that your efficiency generates more free time for you.
