Love beyond No Man’s Land
One of the Freelancers in Truelancer community shared his beautiful love story which we couldn’t resist sharing with you. The story is about Love that bloomed between two lovers amidst the hate spread between two hostile nations.
The boy in our story is a Software Engineer in India and also a Freelancer on Truelancer, the girl is a Medical Doctor in Pakistan aspiring to be a great surgeon. They met on an online chatting platform Wechat and it didn’t take them long to fell in Love with each other in spite of the differences in their culture.
They chatted and talked for hours on Wechat IMs and calls, shared tons of pictures, weaving their dreams together in a life that seemed like an afterlife because of the distances between them. Recently they celebrated their first anniversary of their e-Meeting and the boy gave the girl a surprise with a customized set of cupcakes to the girl depicting their love story in the sweetest possible way.
They might possibly never meet because of the animosity between the two nations and cultural/caste differences in their families but we believe that miracles do happen in this world.
