Custom Service Quote – Step By Step Guide

What is Custom Service Quote?

Custom quote is a customized service quote typically used in the following situations:

  1. The employer wants to re-hire a freelancer whom he/she has previously worked with.
  2. The employer doesn’t have enough time to post a project.
  3. The employer is not familiar with the process of posting a project on Truelancer.
  4. The employer has asked you (freelancer) to send a quote to him.

Step-by-step guide to using Custom Service Quote:

Step 1:

The freelancer can see the “Custom Quote” option on the lower left in the workstream or he/she can also go directly to the link www.truelancer.com/custom-service

Step 2:

After filling the form, click on “Post it!”

Step 3:

After posting the custom quote, share the service URL with the employer for purchase.


Share the custom quote service link with the Client for purchase

Note- A custom Service Quote can be used for only one transaction and if you want to access a Custom Quote URL that you have already created for an Employer, click on “My Services” on the Dashboard and you should see the Custom Quote Service that you have already created among your active services.
